Physical verification of tagged assets at warehouses, offices, and plant floors — confirming what remains in use and what should leave the register.
Purpose
Existence verification answers a narrow question: are the assets on the register still present and in the custody of the organisation? We match tags, serial numbers, and location codes against floor reality.
Scope
You choose full coverage for a class or statistical sampling for large populations. We document absences, relocated items, and assets found on the floor but missing from the register.
Deliverable
A verification log, photographic evidence where permitted, and a clear list of write-off or transfer candidates for your controller to approve.
