Services
Cloudapitools provides professional fixed asset register reviews and related fieldwork as described on this site. Engagement specifics, fees, and deliverables are set out in a written scope or engagement letter. Website descriptions are informational and do not themselves constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property
Reports, working-paper formats, and site content remain the intellectual property of Cloudapitools unless an engagement letter assigns rights. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their internal finance, audit, and governance purposes. Copying site content for commercial republication without permission is prohibited.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate register extracts, timely access to sites and records, and designated contacts. Delays in access or incomplete evidence may extend timelines and fees as set out in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Cloudapitools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from engagements, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless the engagement letter states otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
